Pioneer Street Vacation Homes
Guest Accomodations
ABOUT
The front house was built in 1904 by James Wesley Losher, a traveling carpenter and bricklayer for the Southern Pacific Railroad. The home was built for $1,200.00. Mr. Losher and his wife Angie added the front porch during the summer of 1909. They owned the home until 1919.

The front house was converted to a travelers' accommodation in 2018. It was a complete renovation with all new fixtures, granite, kitchenettes, lighting, paint, wiring, furniture, etc. We kept the historic clawfoot tub upstairs. You can see the original wavy glass in many of the windows both upstairs and downstairs.

The separate rear craftsman home was built in 2006. It is a three bedroom, two bath home with a full kitchen, granite counters, and a second floor deck with nice views. That was further renovated and converted to a travelers' accommodation in 2017.
